摘要

 随着计算机技术和通信技术的飞速发展，整个世界已经步入以网络化、数字化、多媒体化和智能化为代表的现代信息技术时代。现代信息技术正改变着传统的生活、学习与工作方式。由于时代的进步、科技的发展，在现代化信息技术管理上，普通高校面临新的挑战。为了提高学校自身的现代化管理水平，丰富教学方法和手段，提高教学效率，及时掌握各种相关信息，提高处理各种业务及突发事件的能力，加强管理，拥有现代化信息技术手段。利用计算机网络与通信技术，全面、迅速、准确地掌握信息，已成为各大高校内部管理和教学管理的迫切需要。本文阐述了如何配置一个合理的能够充分发挥现有的教育手段的多媒体教室及对其提出一个合理的有效的管理方案让教育技术的最新研究成果能最快能应用到现实教学当中去。让学习效率提高学习质量提高。让学生实实在在感受到教育技术的不断提高。

ABSTRACT

 With the development of computer technology and the rapid communication technology, the whole world has entered the network, digital, multimedia and intelligent as the representative of modern information technology era. Modern information technology is changing the traditional life, learning and working methods.
