范文编号:JYX054 范文字数:14375.页数:28 摘 要 电视教材编导与制作一直是教育技术学专业一个重要的组成部分。随着时代进步和信息技术的发展，电视教材出现了新的应用领域和传播方式。企业视频教材的制作和应用是对电视教材的扩展。本设计围绕视频教材和企业培训，分析其各自的特点和相结合的优势，用理论研究的方法分析企业培训视频教材的应用现状，用实践的方法探索培训视频教材制作过程中应注意的事项。本研究以儿童影楼营销课程为实例，从培训计划到大纲学习，到视频制作进行了系统的视频制作探索。研究结果表明，视频教材在企业培训方面有着重要意义和广阔前景；在视频教材制作前应与教师进行充分的沟通以保证内容的准确；在后期制作过程中既要符合一般电视教材的剪辑规律，又要注重企业培训的特性。在这些基础上总结出了一些方法和技巧，然而，这些方法和技巧中仍有有待验证的部分，在更多的实践中会显现出它们的优劣，到时再对本文进行修改和补充。 关键词：培训，视频教材，视频制作 ABSTRACT The director and the production of TV materials is always an important part of Educational Technology. With the progress and development of information technology TV materials gets new areas of application and mode of transmission.Corporate video materials' production and application expanse the television material.This design focus on teaching and corporate training video,analysis of the characteristics of their respective and the advantages of combining,use the theoretical study to analysis the video teaching materials for training applications, practice and explore something important in the training video teaching materials.In this study, children's photo studio marketing courses as an example.From training program to video production,explore the video production systems.The results show that the video training materials in an enterprise have great significance and broad prospects.Before the production,communicate with teachers to insure accuracy.In the post-production have to comply with the general laws of television editing principle and the characteristics of enterprise training.Based on this,I summed up a number of methods and techniques,but those methods and techniques has yet to be authenticate.Practice more ,their will show their strengths and weaknesses, and then to modify and supplement those article. 摘 要 I 企业培训视频制作的探索相关范文 |
