摘  要
 随着近年来计算机网络技术特别是互联网的飞速发展，网络的使用已经进入寻常百姓家而成了众多网民学习工作、获取信息、查找资料和茶余饭后消遣的首选方式．在这样的背景形势下，基于Web的网络教学模式逐渐体现出其相对传统教学模式的优势。通过《计算机硬件技术基础》自主型网络学习平台的构建，为学生提供了自主学习的平台，不但加强学生的实践操作能力，而且培养学生的自主学习能力。通过对平台进行一系列的需求分析、设计、编码、测试等工作，使平台实现了管理员发布作业、教师管理、学生管理；老师在线答疑、批改作业、网上答疑；学生提交作业、查看作业信息、提出疑问、资料下载；论坛交流的功能。
