摘要

近年来，人民币的使用越来越广泛，在两个方面表现特别明显，一是人民币国际结算量稳步增长，二是中国逐渐与越来越多的国家签订了货币互换协议同时扩张人民币全球清算网络。作为货币经营和流通主体的商业银行，必将受到人民币国际化的深远影响。深入分析这些影响并提出相关建议，对于提高我国商业银行经营水平，保持健康可持续发展具有重要意义。

本文在了解人民币国际化进程与现状前提下，采用数量分析、比较分析等方法，深入分析了人民币国际化对我国商业银行的业务经营、风险管理等多方面产生的影响，在此基础上提出了人民币国际化背景下促进我国商业银行对外开放和持续稳定发展的相关建议。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, Chinese RMB has been used more and more widely. This phenomenon is particularly reflected in two aspects, one aspect is Chinese RMB international settlement volume increased steadily, another aspect is more and more countries signed currency swap agreements with China and the RMB global clearing network has expanded. Commercial banks as money management and main circulations will suffer a profound impact on the CNY internationalization. So a thorough analysis of these effects and the relevant recommendations are of great significance for improving the management level of Chinese commercial banks and for keeping the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese commercial banks.

Under the ground that the process of the CNY internationalization and the status of CNY internationalization has been learned, the paper adapted the following research methods: quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and other methods to analyze the impact of the CNY internationalization for the risk management and business management of commercial banks and I put forward some suggestions for sustainable and stable development of Chinese commercial banks under the background of the CNY internationalization.
