Asset securitization is based on the asset-credit, secured the stable and predictable cash flow.It is a structured finance instrument. In recent years, business , products and projects ,related with asset securitization,continually optimize their business structure, the total market of them has developed rapidly. Relevant professional legislative activities have also made progress. Asset securitization products in the overseas develop in full swing, and has become the most important one of the bond market. But in our country it is still in its infancy. Putting asset securitization practice at home and abroad together, the development of asset securitization can be seen a good prospects, therefore, our country should take positive measures to promote the assets of our country's further development of asset securitization. 摘要：目前, 资产证券化已成为全球金融市场发展的一个重要趋势, 也成为金融领域最为重要的创新活动之一。资产证券化是一项以资产信用为基础, 以可预期的稳定现金流为担保的结构性融资工具。近年来资产证券化相关业务、产品和项目的市场总量发展迅速, 自身业务结构不断优化, 相关专业立法活动也取得了阶段性进展。资产证券化产品在国外发展得如火如荼, 已经成为债券市场中最重要的一员, 但是, 在我国目前还处于起步阶段。综合资产证券化在国内外的实践及发展情况, 可以看出资产证券化在我国的发展具有较好的前景, 因此, 应采取积极的措施促进我国资产证券化的进一步发展。
