中小企业人力资源绩效研究

摘  要
 本文介绍了中小企业的内涵和特点，并从人力资源绩效理论方法和中小企业的现状入手，着重分析了人力资源绩效管理的现状，阐述了其中存在的种种问题。随着人力资源开发和管理在企业经营中的地位不断提高，人力资源绩效管理已成为当今人力资源管理的一个热点问题。我国将西方人力资源绩效管理的先进经验运用于我国的企业管理还很不成熟。本文针对中小企业绩效管理中存在的问题，综合运用了各种考评方法和考评工具，提出了相应的对策，并把理论和实际相结合，对奉天公司进行了人力资源绩效管理的全面分析，针对奉天公司人力资源绩效管理中存在的不足一一提出了解决方案。

ABSTRACT

 This paper introduces the contents and characteristics of SMEs and human resources from the achievement and effect of theoretical methods and the status of SMEs to start, will focus on analyzing the achievement and effect of its human resources management of the status, expound the problems. Along with human resources development and management, in the enterprise manages the status to enhance unceasingly, the human resources achievements management has become now an human resources management hot topic. Utilizing the West human resources achievements management's advanced experience in our country's business management is not very mature in Chinese.The problems of achievement and effect management for SMEs in this paper, the integrated use of a variety of evaluation methods and assessment tools,and Made the Corresponding Countermeasures, and the combination of theoretical and practical, Fengtian companies on human resources in a comprehensive analysis of achievement and effect management, human resources for Fengtian achievement and effect management company in the existence put forward a solution.
