RL科技公司的薪酬体系问题和解决对策

摘要

员工薪酬属于人力资源管理的一项重要内容，薪酬体系是否得当直接关乎着员工的工作激情以及工作效率，从实际出发，以此确保薪酬体系建立的合理性与科学性。科技公司作为当前发展迅速的企业，更要注重公司薪酬体系建立情况，应用薪酬来激励员工，来实现公司员工与公司整体的链接，因此关注客户公司薪酬体系，完善公司薪酬体系具有一定的现实意义。本文将以此为出发点，为了更好地了解人力资源薪酬体系建立的本质和作用，通过多种方法对越众科技进行了详细的调查和研究，以期为越众科技公司的薪酬体系的建立与完善提供相应的参考。

Abstract: an important part of employee compensation belongs to human resources management, the salary system is proper or not directly related to the staff working enthusiasm and work efficiency, from the actual situation, in order to ensure the rationality and scientific compensation system established. As the rapid development of science and technology, enterprises pay more attention to the company's salary system establishment, application of compensation to motivate employees to achieve the company's employees and the company's overall link, so pay more attention to the salary system of customer company, has a certain practical significance to improve the company's salary system.
