新农村环境下人力资源培训存在问题与对策

摘要

随着农村社会的不断建设和发展，新农村环境下人力资源的开发和利用呈现出了新的特征。农村人力资源十分丰富，但是由于缺少培训机会，缺少工作机会，农村人力资源利用率十分低，研究农村人力资源的开发和利用具有重要的实践意义和价值。本文从农村人力资源的概况入手，对农村人力资源的数量和质量进行了分析，提出了农村人力资源培训所面临的问题，并对农村人力资源培训的必要性进行了分析，最后提出了农村人力资源培训的对策。

Abstract

With the continuous construction and development of the rural society, the development and utilization of human resources in the new rural environment presents a new feature. Rural human resources are very rich, but because of a lack of training opportunities, lack of job opportunities, rural human resource utilization rate is very low, it has important practical significance and value of development and utilization of rural human resources. From the survey of rural human resources with the quantity and quality of human resources in rural areas are analyzed, put forward the rural human resources training problems, and the necessity of rural human resource training are analyzed, and finally puts forward the Countermeasures of the rural human resources training.
