摘要

一个特殊的都市共同体——“学生村”，它依托于大学形成、依赖于大学发展，其主要的居民和消费群体是大学生。依据“学生村”居民的特点，可以将其划分为六类，即考研一族、打工一族、情侣一族、放飞自我一族、通宵一族和改善生活一族。这样一个存在于大学周边的真实小社会，一个以高素质人才为主要居民的真实小社会，本应与大学和谐发展，然而事实却是“学生村”里危机四伏，本以学业为主的大学生（学生居民）却与学校在某种程度上脱节。学生村的治理要求高校、政府和学生三者之间的良性互动，要求学校建立一种科学的外宿申请管理制度，更需要学生居民对自身面临的问题进行深刻的反省。

Abstract

A special city community - - “the student village”, it depends on the formation of the university and the development of the university, the main consumer groups and the residents are university students. Based on "student village" residents of the characteristics that can be divided into six categories, namely, study section owners, wage owners, owners of lovers, flying self-owners, owners of the night and improve family life. Such a presence in the neighboring University of the true small community, a high-quality talent as the main inhabitants of the true small community, this should be a harmonious development with the university, but the fact is that "student village" in the crisis, consisting mainly of university students in their studies (Student population) are out of touch with schools to some extent. Students of University Village, governance requirements, and students among the benign interaction require schools to establish a scientific management system for the students living outside school need more residents to their own problems faced by a deep introspection.
