从社会工作视角看农民工职业病患者的需求

摘   要

本文以急性苯中毒的患者为研究对象，着重从社会工作的角度阐述研究对象的心理状态和维权的互动，以及由此对研究对象产生的影响。通过对研究对象获得的心理层面的支持以及维权的互动过程的描述和解释来探究农民工职业病患者的需求及这些需求的满足现状。研究表明，农民工职业病患者从家人、社会获得正面的支持与负面的阻力与障碍，这些支持与障碍又受到社会文化等的约束和限制；另一方面，本文探讨了研究对象在维权的过程中与政府部门、用人单位、医院、民间团体等各种组织之间的互动以及此种互动模式对研究对象产生的影响，并且从社会工作的角度提出一些介入的手法。本研究同时希望通过此研究引起社会各界对农民工职业病患者需求的关注以及对这个群体的理解和支持，促成相关问题的解决。

An Analysis on Needs of Migrant Labors with Occupational Diseases from Social Work Perspective
——An acute- benzene- poison Case Deep Descriptions
Abstract

 The research focuses on one case who is infected with acute- benzene- poison occupational disease. The author tries to discuss the client’s  psychological activities and process of defend rights his own rights from social work perspective. The research aims to explore migrant workers’ needs and how they are satisfied. The research shows that on the one hand, migrant workers accept positive support and negative barriers from their family members; and one the other hand, the research discuss the interacting process among the client, local government, the client’s working unit, the hospital and Non-government organization and its effect on the client. The author aims to find some social work intervention in the field and calls for more public attention to the needs of migrant workers who are affected with occupational disease.
