范文编号:SW031 范文字数:9438,页数:21 摘 要:对前期实验室筛选得到的一株产天然黑色素的菌株的菌落形态、菌体形态、斜面培养基的组成、液体种子培养基组成、不同碳源、氮源对黑色素发酵的影响、黑色素的紫外可见光吸收特征和紫外光对其稳定性影响进行了研究。结果表明:在查氏培养基中,该菌株培养初期,菌丝为白色,培养后期,菌丝分泌大量的黑色素,菌丝有隔膜,产厚垣孢子。麦芽汁斜面培养基所培养的菌丝生长得最茂盛。查氏液体培养在长菌丝量和合成黑色素物质方面效果最好。在紫外光照射下,具有良好的稳定性。 关键词:黑色素;培养;优化 Optimization of fermentation conditions of melanin Abstract: This article study the colonial morphology, shape of biomass,element of slant medium and seed liquid substrate , the influence of carbon source and nitrogen source to the production of melanin , the influence on solvent melanin’s stability by ultraviolet radiation,the melanin of UV-visible light absorption characteristics of the melanin-producing naturally strain which get from the screening in the early research..It shows that culture in czapek substrate, hypha is white in early,and then excrete melanin, hypsal has dividing membrane, spores thick ,the biomass grow greatly in wort slanting medium and suitably in czapek liquid substrate .The melanin has good stability under UV.
