范文编号:SW037 范文字数:10290,页数:25 摘 要:以茯苓菌核为原料,在超声波辅助下,深讨了碱溶性茯苓多糖的提取条件。用2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基(TEMPO)将茯苓多糖进行氧化,制得氧化茯苓多糖,用红外光谱进行了表征,并用胆酸结合能力的测定来比较多糖及氧化产物的降低胆固醇的能力,结果表明氧化后的茯苓多糖结合胆酸的能力比茯苓多糖下降。 Abstract: Alkali-soluble parchymaran was extracted by using dilute alkali (0.5mol/l NaOH) solution as a solvent with the assistance of ultrasonic and the extraction condition was examined. 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-1-piperidine oxoammonium ion (TEMPO)-mediated oxidation was applied to parchymaran. and the physicochemical properties of the resulting derivatives were investigated by using FT-IR and bile acid binding activity.
