淫羊藿生物活性物质提取及抗氧化性研究

 摘 要：优选淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的提取工艺。方法：以淫羊藿苷含量为检测指标，根据提取时间、提取次数、温度、乙醇浓度4个影响因素，采用L9(34)正交法试验。紫外分光光度计测定淫羊藿苷含量。结果：影响提取因素提取次数、提取温度、料液比、乙醇浓度。结论：乙醇浓度40%、料液比180ml、温度90℃、提取次数4次效果最好。抗氧化结果：在0.6ml时达到最大清除率83%。抗氧化能力在6.5ml时达到最大吸光度0.8A。

Epimedium bioactive substances from the research and anti-oxidation

Abstract: Epimedium optimization of icariin in the extraction process. In 6.5 ml, 0.8A maximum absorbance.
