L2菌黄酮和多酚类提取优化及稳定性分析

摘要：L2菌是我国一种传统稀贵药用真菌，属子囊菌门、肉座菌目、麦角菌科、虫草菌属，古代医书、药典记载大团囊虫草具有提高人体免疫力、治疗血崩和月经不调的功效。而且L2菌菌丝的成分里有很多药用价值，对医学上很多疾病可能有帮助。本课题是对L2菌菌丝里的多酚和黄酮类成分进行提取优化，以便药用价值研究。
 我们利用单因素实验方法对提取物质各个条件进行对比，选出可能范围，然后利用正交实验尽可能将在范围内找到最佳的那个点，用软件分析得出优化结果。优化后比优化前提取出的含量明显提高了很多，说明优化结果是可行的。

Optimizing of extraction and stability analysing of polyphenol and flavone from Cordyceps L2

Abstract: Cordyceps L2, a rare and valued traditional Chinese medicine, belongs to Cordyceps, Clavicipticeae, Hypocreales, Ascmycotina. According to the recordation of “Xin hua ben cao gang yao”, this fungus can cure Menoxenia and enhance immunity. Moreover, Cordyceps L2 contain many medicine elements that may be helpful to cure disease. This paper is about purifying Polyphenol and flavone so as to do some medicinal research.
     We use FFD and RSA to compare each situation of purification. Choose the possible range and use orthogonal experiments to get the best point. Then use a software to gain the optimized method. The containing with optimized method is much higher than non-optimized one. It means this optimized method is available.
