范文编号:SW101 范文字数:10637,页数:24 摘 要:本范文主要为了提高枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种ATCC9372的芽孢形成率,以利于枯草芽孢杆菌制剂在生活生产中的应用。为此,研究了枯草芽孢杆菌的生长曲线,碳源,氮源,无机盐及生长因子MnSO4·H2O对其总菌数和芽孢形成率的影响。生长曲线是通过比浊法在波长为530nm下测试所得。枯草芽孢杆菌总数是通过倾注法培养,平板计数所得。枯草芽孢杆菌的芽孢数是在菌样经过80℃水浴20min后,通过倾注法培养,平板计数所得。首先通过单因子实验,选择芽孢形成率比较高的,碳源(葡萄糖和乳糖),氮源(蛋白胨和小牛浸膏)和无机盐NaCl及浓度最适的Mn2+,最后通过正交实验。最终所得结果表明枯草芽孢杆菌ATCC9372在14h时达到最大生长点,其最适合的培养基成分为蛋白胨5g/L,乳糖5g/L,NaCl5g/L,Mn2+浓度为2.4mmol/L。 关键词:枯草芽孢杆菌; 芽孢形成率; 培养基; 生长曲线

Final results show Bacillus subtilis ATCC937214h in its maximum growth, while the most suitable for medium composition Peptone 5g/L, 5g/L, lactose NaCl5g/L, and the concentration of Mn2+ is 2.4 mmol /L. 目 录
