范文编号:SW103 范文字数:10980,页数:23 摘 要:本范文通过利用连续提取法和一次浸提法对浙江省富阳市铜冶炼厂附近不同铜污染梯度的土壤铜形态分布和有效态铜含量进行了分析,结果表明不同浓度土壤中铜主要以生物有效性较高的碳酸盐结合体铜和富菲酸结合态铜形态存在,多元回归分析表明富菲酸结合态铜与生物有效态铜(EDTA提取态铜、DPTA提取态铜以及CaCl2提取态铜)均显著相关,并且从而表明富菲酸结合态铜具有很强的生物有效性,可用于评价铜污染土壤的环境风险。
The research about Patterns of distribution of copper contaminated soil and the effectiveness of biological Abstract: In this paper, the sequential extraction and single extraction methods were used to investigate copper distribution and bioavailablility in the copper-polluted soil with gradient copper content near the smelter in Fuyang City of Zhejiang Province. The results show soil copper mainly exist in the adsorbed and fulvic complexes with high bioavailablility. Multiple regression analysis shows copper-fulvic complexes was significantly related to copper- bioavailable forms (EDTA-Cu, DPTA- Cu and CaCl2 - Cu ). Therefore, copper-fulvic complexes also have a strong bioavailability and can be used to predicte the environmental risk of copper contaminated soil.
