范文编号:SW138 范文字数:19438,页数:39 摘要:本课题实验运用实验室自行设计的小型电去离子装置,对含有镍和铜两种重金属离子的模拟电镀废水进行处理,重点关注金属离子的选择性分离情况。实验考察了进水pH、进水离子初始浓度、外加电压、离子交换膜种类以及共存六价铬等五个因素对镍离子和铜离子选择性分离的影响,通过对所得数据的分析得到较好的分离条件为pH在4.3左右,离子初始浓度为20mg/L,外加电压为30V,离子交换膜种类为半均相离子交换膜,不存在六价铬。这些数据为以后这方面的研究提供了有价值的参考基础。 关键词:电去离子;选择性分离;重金属废水 Abstract:This work is about the selective separation and removal of nickel and copper ions in simulative electroplating wastewater by using a bench-scale electrodeionization system. The key point is the effect of selective separation of nickel and copper ions.The considered factors include pH value of wastewater, initial concentration of metal ions, applied voltage, kind of ion exchange membrane and co-present Cr(Ⅵ). The results indicate that the optimized condition is as follows: the pH value is about 4.3, the initial concentration of ions is 20mg/L, the applied voltage is 30V, the membrane is half-homogeneous membrane and Cr(Ⅵ) is not present. This conclusion will be a valuable basis of reference for the further research.
