 摘 要：本范文展示了聚苹果酸性能特点以及在各种领域中的应用前景。人工合成聚苹果酸步骤复杂，成本高而转向生物发酵生产聚苹果酸。设立实验方案从自然界中筛选聚苹果酸产生菌，提取大量的样品通过琥珀酸培养基、L-苹果酸培养基等筛选性平板的选育，通过形态的对比观察，选出形态与目的菌种相似的菌落。经过发酵培养后，用纸层析与液相色谱鉴定发酵产物是否有聚苹果酸以及产量。

Abstract: This paper demonstrates the characteristics of polyethylene, and PMA can be in various fields of application.Artificial chemical synthesis of poly malic acid step is complicated and costly,sowe turn to the production of bio-fermentation malic acid.Set up screening programs in screening poly malic acid producing bacteria from the natural world.Extraction of a large number of samples.Through the succinate medium and L-malic acid medium al training.Through the comparison of observed patterns,selected with similar bacteria colony.After fermentation,identification of fermentation products with Paper chromatography and liquid chromatography to determine whether it contains malic acid.
