范文编号:SW154 范文字数:9844,页数:22 摘 要:本范文研究了竹叶活性成分的提取工艺及其抑菌效果。采用滤纸片法、稀释平板计数法测定毛竹不同提取方法和溶剂多级萃取后萃取物对3种不同供试菌的抑菌作用。结果表明:竹叶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌效果较好,对大肠杆菌抑菌效果不明显;且温度80 ℃、乙醇体积分数60 %、料液比1:8、醇提1 h,石油醚萃取后正丁醇萃取水层提取物的抑菌效果最好;对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈大小为34 mm,对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈大小为32 mm; Extraction of Active Components from bamboo leaves and their anti-microbial actives Abstract: In this article, the extraction technology of active components from bamboo leaves and their anti-microbial actives were studied. The anti-microbial activity of different extracts with different extraction methods and solvent extraction was defermined by filter paper method and dilution plate count method. The results showed that the extracts of bamboo leaves have better anti-microbial activities against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtills and have poor anti-microbial activities against Escherichia Coli. In all extracts, the water extract after the petroleum ether and butanol extraction had the best anti-microbial activities with the extract condition: 60℃, 60 %(v/v)ethanol, solid/liquid ratio 1:8, 1h, the mean diameters of Staphylococcus aureus was 34mm, and the mean diameters of Bacillus subtills was 32mm, espectively. 目 录 竹叶活性物的提取及抑菌效果研究相关范文 |
