范文编号:SW163 范文字数:9950,页数:27 摘 要:细菌纤维素是一种新型微生物合成材料,在食品、医药、纺织、化工等方面有着巨大的应用潜力。本范文以从小和山市场购买的袋装醋、水果以及XXXXXXXX学院校内采集的土壤为筛选原料,经过菌种的富集培养,采用稀释涂布分离法反复筛选,从久置的醋中分出了一种菌株BV02。该菌株经静态培养,可产生不溶性的凝胶膜, 通过纤维素酶水解实验,初步确定其发酵产物为纤维素。并探讨了接种量、种龄、初始pH值和发酵周期对细菌纤维素产量的影响,以确定静态培养发酵生产细菌纤维素的条件。结果显示,菌株BV02的静态培养发酵生产细菌纤维素的培养条件是:接种量为10%、种龄为24h、发酵周期7d、发酵温度30℃、初始pH值最适范围是6.0。 Abstract: The bacterial cellulose is widely appllied in food, medicine, textile and chemical industry as a new biosynthetic materia1. This article use some fruit and bagging vinegar brought from market in Xiaoheshan and soil collected in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology as screening material, after enrichment culture and repeated screening by diluting and spreading method, strain BV02 with stable productivity from vinegar was obtained. Through static culture, it can form insoluble gel-like cellulose in the liquid, The main component of gel-like cellulose by BV02 was confirmed to be cellulose. Investigating the fermentation conditions, the results showed that the static fermentation condition of BV02 was 10% of inoculum size, 24h of seed age, fermentation temperature 30℃, optimal initial pH 6.0 and culture time 7 days. 目 录
