范文编号:SW166 范文字数:11081,页数:24 摘要:采用正交试验优化从柠檬酸厂废渣中黑曲霉菌丝体制备氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐工艺, ,优化后的制备工艺条件为 1% HCl,温度 90℃,时间 1 h, NaOH 5% HCl,温度 90℃,时间 1 h HCl 30%,50℃,1h. 70℃,1h. 80℃,2h。纯度 >99%。该优化条件能得到较高产率和纯度的盐酸氨基葡萄糖,梯度升温法可有效的提高氨基葡萄糖的产率. 通过梯度升温法 ,减少焦化 ,提高氨基葡萄糖的产率。红外光谱图在3300 cm-1,2950 cm-1,1600 cm-1,1060 cm-1, 910 cm-1, 1530 cm-1,1580 cm-1,1610 cm-1,1030 cm-1,1060 cm-1,760 cm-1,850 cm-1,882 cm-1附近有特征吸收峰。 Abstract:To optimize the preparation process of glucosamine hydrochloride. The best hydrolytic conditions of glucosamine hydrochloridewas chosen by orthogonal experimental design. The optimization conditionswere HCl 1%,90℃, and 2h. NaOH 5%,90℃, and 2h, HCl 30%,50℃,1h. 70℃,1h. 80℃,2h.The better yield and high purity were obtained under the conditions.
