范文编号:SW187 范文字数:8474,页数:20 摘 要:本篇范文主要研究壳聚糖的制备及其对重金属离子的吸附性能。自制壳聚糖,并用酸碱滴定法测定其脱乙酰度。通过丁二酸酐与壳聚糖和二甲基亚砜发生的开环反应,合成了水溶性N-琥珀酰壳聚糖。用红外分析了制备的N-琥珀酰壳聚糖,解释了他的结构组成。研究了N-琥珀酰壳聚糖对Cu(II),Pb(II),Ni(II)的静态吸附,分别从金属离子的浓度、溶液的PH值、振荡时间及吸附时间考察了其对去除金属离子能力的影响。经原子吸收光谱测定溶液中残留的金属离子浓度,计算去除率。研究结果表明介质酸度对N-琥珀酰壳聚糖的吸附影响力最大,其次是吸附时间和振荡时间。 Abstract: This article mainly state the preparation and the adsorption properties of N-Succi- nly-chitosan.The chitosan is prepared by chitin by myself,and the DAC is determined with acid-base titration. N-Succinly-chitosan was prepared via the ring-opening reaction of succinct anhydride with chitosan in dimethyl sulfoxide.The sample was characterized by IR spectra toexplain the N-Succinly-chitosan’s structure.The adsorption properties of N-Succinly-chitosan to Cu(II) Pb(II) Ni(II)ion were investigated.The influence of the amount of N-Succinly-chitosan and the concentration of metal ions,the pH value in solution and adsorption time was discussed.It is found that the concentration of metal ions and the pH value in solution influence more to theadsorption property of N-Succinly-chitosan.
