范文编号:SW188 范文字数:8548,页数:21 摘要:在超声波辅助下,采用稀碱提取茯苓多糖,探讨了提取工艺,提高了多糖提取率。将碱溶性茯苓多糖进行羟丙基化得到的水溶性羟丙基茯苓多糖,用红外光谱对其进行了结构表征。通过对胆酸结合能力测试实验可知,茯苓多糖羟丙基化后能提高多糖对胆酸的结合能力。 关键词:茯苓多糖;提取;超声波;羟丙基化;胆酸结合能力 Abstract: Alkali-soluble parchymaran was extracted by using dilute alkali (0.5mol/l NaOH) solution as a solvent with the assistance of ultrasonic and the extraction condition was examined. 1.2-epoxypropane-mediated hydroxypropylation was applied to parchymaran, and the physicochemical properties of the resulting derivatives were investigated by using FT-IR and bile acid binding activity.
