范文编号:SW190 范文字数:11241,页数:24 摘要: 咖啡碱不仅是构成茶汤滋味的重要组分,而且具有强心、利尿、解毒、平喘等药理功能,是一种紧俏的生物碱类医用原料。茄尼醇具有较强的吸收自由基的功能,同时也是合成治疗心血管等药物的中间体。本文对超临界CO2流体萃取后的茶叶以及从烟叶中萃取出来的茄尼醇初品进行分析,测定茶叶中咖啡因的脱除率为85%时的工艺条件为含水量为40%,萃取时间为8小时,萃取温度为50℃,在这个工艺条件下萃取后的茶叶中茶多酚脱出率极小而经萃取出来的茄尼醇粗品中的含量也初步达到了21.60%,其萃取条件为萃取时间2h、萃取温度50℃、萃取压力20 MPa、夹带剂乙醇体积分数为95%,为工业化生产提供经验。 关键词:咖啡因;茶多酚;茄尼醇;分析 Abstract: Caffeine not only is an important composition which makes up of the taste of tea soup, also has pharmacology functions as tonify the heart, diuresis, detoxification, preventing asthma. it is an alkaloid medical material in great demand. Solanesol has the functions as absorb free radical, it also is the intermediate in the synthesis of drugs which can cure cardiovascular disease.In the article, we analyze the composition of tea and tobacco leaf after Supercritica fluid extraction(SFE) extraction, when the rate of determination of caffeine is 85% in tea,which process conditions for the water content of 40%, extraction time to eight hours, the temperature was 50°C. In this condition after the extraction of polyphenols in tea minimal extrusion rate , By the extraction of solanesol crude the content of the initial has reached 21.60%. While after the conditions of its extraction time 2 h, extraction temperature 50°C, the extraction pressure 20 MPa, cosolvent ethanol volume fraction of 95%.
