范文编号:SW189 范文字数:13219,页数:28 摘要:毛竹是禾本科属植物,为我国分布最广、面积最大、蓄积量最多、用途最广的主要经济竹种。生物技术为竹类遗传育种开辟了一条新的途径,如通过植物组织培养技术进行无性系选育,甚至还可以通过基因转化等途径突破传统育种局限,培育出符合需求的新品种,缩短育种周期。其中竹子组织培养是上述一系列竹子生物技术得以实现的重要基础,而愈伤组织诱导和植株再生是竹子组织培养技术的关键。本研究希望通过对毛竹愈伤组织和分化规律的研究,建立起毛竹愈伤组织诱导体系,为毛竹的分子育种打下基础;通过研究毛竹愈伤组织分化规律,为毛竹植株再生和调控提供实验依据。同时,也期望通过该研究对其它散生竹种的愈伤诱导和植株再生的研究起到积极的推动作用。 Abstract: Bamboo belongs to gramenious plant, a main sort that is the most distribution,the most area,the most cumulatin,the most useful. Biology technology create a new way of inheritance and breeding for bamboo. Et,it can be selected through tissue culture and breakthrough the localization of traditional breeding through the technology of gene translation,create a new product that meet the need of people and shorten the period of breading.The technology of tissue culture is a very important elements for the realization of such biology technologys and the technology of inducement of callus tissue and regeneration is the key for tissue culture of bamboo.We hope to make up a system of callus tissue of bamboo and a foundation for molecule breeding of bamboos through this research about callus tissue and polarization disciplinarian.Simultaneity,We also hope to make a positive impulse effect for the other bamboos of callus inducement and regeneration. 目 录 毛竹胚愈伤组织诱导研究相关范文 |
