范文编号:SW203 范文字数:7769,页数:19 摘 要:萝卜硫素(1-异硫氰酸-4-甲磺酰基丁烷)又称莱菔子素,是迄今蔬菜中发现的最强的抗癌成分之一,大量体外试验证明其具有良好的抗癌功能, 所以越来越引起人们的重视, 具有很高的研究价值和广阔的市场前景。本文以西兰花籽为提取原料,通过高效液相色谱检测,比较不同有机溶剂萃取对萝卜硫素提取率的影响。采用不同的壁材组合:明胶和β-环糊精、乳清蛋白和麦芽糊精、小牛血清和戊二醛,分别制得三种萝卜硫素微胶囊样品。通过电镜扫描、粒径分布测定、包埋率和得率测定,以及包埋前后萝卜硫素稳定性变化对比等多项指标测试,分析不同壁材用于包埋萝卜硫素各自的优缺点。综合各因素分析,在本试验中乙酸乙酯作为萝卜硫素萃取剂最适宜,乳清蛋白和麦芽糊精作为萝卜硫素微胶囊包埋壁材效果最好。 关键词:萝卜硫素、微胶囊包埋、HPLC、稳定性 Abstract:Sulforaphane (1-isothiocyanate-methanesulfonyl butane) , is one of the most powerful anti-cancer ingredients have been found in vegetables so far ,a large number of in vitro experiments to prove its good anti-cancer function, so more and more attention has been paid, because of the high research value and broad market prospects. In this work, the author uses high performance liquid chromatography to compare the different organic solvents on the extraction rate of sulforaphane effects, with extract raw materials of broccoli seed. Now,we has prepared three different kinds of sulforaphane microcapsule samples,with three different types of wall material:gelatin and β-cyclodextrin, whey protein and maltodextrin, calf serum and glutaraldehyde. By scanning electron microscopy, particle size distribution measurement, the embedding rate and get rate measurement, and the stability test of sulforaphane before and after embedment and so on, analysis of advantages and disadvantages different of wall materials, which been used to embed sulforaphane. Comprehensive analysis of various factors, in this work, Ethyl acetate is the best extractant to extract sulforaphane, and whey protein and maltodextrin is the best wall material of the three different wall materials to embed sulforaphane.
