范文编号:SP128 范文字数:14048,页数:35 摘 要:通过对三孢布拉氏霉(Blakeslea trispora)发酵生产β-胡萝卜素的研究,从而进一步的探讨该情况下产生β-胡萝卜素的最优发酵培养基。本范文实验主要从发酵培养基内容的确定以及发酵条件的优化方面来考察。首先研究了培养基成分对三孢布拉氏霉发酵产β-胡萝卜素的影响,初步确定了以玉米淀粉作为碳源,黄豆粉作为氮源的发酵培养基配方。其次,通过不断地改变各种变量因子,来最终确定培养基各个成分的配比情况,如氮源浓度为3%,碳源浓度为3%,培养基pH值为7.0,植物油为35ml/L,KH2PO4 2g/L,MgSO4 1g/L,维生素B1 0.03g/L的情况。 关键词:三孢布拉氏霉菌;β- 胡萝卜素;发酵 Abstract:Through the research about the fermentative conditions of β-carotene by Blakeslea trispora,with a view to further disquisition about the circumstances of the optimal β-carotene fermentation medium. This thesis mainly from the content of the fermentation medium and the fermentation conditions.First,study the infection about the component of the medium, and know the medium composition on Blakeslea trispora effect of β-carotene. Initially indentified as a carbon source to corn starch, soybean power as a source of fermentation medium. Secondly, through change the constant variables factor to determine the final composition of the ratio of the various media, such as nitrogen concentration of 3%,carbon concentration 3%,medium pH value of 7.0,vegetable oil to 35ml/L, , KH2PO4 2g / L, MgSO4 1g / L, vitamin B1 0.03g / L situation.
