工程项目质量控制研究与探讨

摘 要：随着我国国民经济持续高速增长，基建投资项目的不断增加，建筑施工队伍和建材生产企业也随之大量发展。但由于对施工质量未能进行有效地控制，重大工程质量事故经常有报道，使得国家与人民的生命财产蒙受非常严重的损害，同时在很大程度上影响着社会。质量的制约条件分布在施工工程中的每一个层面，施工过程中的原材料质量有所不通过、具体操作工艺的变化、气候条件的改变、相关器械设备的磨损等诸多方面。均能够造成质量有所改变，最终导致质量事故发生。施工质量对社会经济的发展，公司信誉与收益的提升，以及有效防止对国家与人民财产蒙受巨大的损失等方面存在非常深远的意义，所以切实强化施工质量管理，使其水平不断提升，具有非常重要的理论意义和实践价值。

针对以上情况，本文将通过运用定性分析法、比较分析法、以及实证分析法，结合实践，对建筑工程质量管理与控制策略进行研究，提出建立和完善建筑工程质量管理与控制的措施与建议。

The project quality control research and discussion

Abstract: along with our country national economy sustained rapid growth, increasing investment in infrastructure projects, the construction team and building materials production enterprises have been a lot of development. But due to the effective control of the construction quality failure, serious quality accident is often reported, so that the state and the people's life and property suffered very serious damage, and has a great influence on the society. Every aspect of the restricting conditions of the distribution of quality during the construction, the construction process of the raw material quality has not passed, the specific operation process change, climate conditions change, the related equipment wear etc.. Can cause quality change, eventually leading to quality accident. The development of the social economy construction quality, credibility of the company and the promotion of income, and effectively prevent the existence of far-reaching significance to the country and the people and property suffered huge losses and other aspects, so to strengthen the construction of quality management, the improvement, it has important theory meaning and practice value.

In view of the above situation, this article will use the method of qualitative analysis, comparative analysis, and empirical analysis, combined with the practice, strategy research on construction engineering quality management and control, the author puts forward some measures and suggestions to establish and perfect the quality management and control of construction engineering.
