城市居住区园林绿化工程成本控制研究

摘要

基于我国经济不断发展和人民生活水平逐渐提高的背景喜爱，我国各行各业的经营管理问题上也得到了较大的改进，市场环境相比于过去更加规范和完善，而国家关于城市居住区园林绿化工程成本管理健全的法律体系也使其得到了强大的支撑力量。除此之外，建筑行业的市场竞争也随之愈演愈烈。在国家宏观经济政策、宏观经济环境和市场自身激烈的共同影响下，项目管理普遍暴露出管理不善的弊端，具体表现在当前市场的开放，对城市居住区园林绿化工程成本管理上提出了更高的要求，但是建筑行业仍然存在控制手段不力的问题，而想在如此激烈的竞争环境下取得持续、健康的发展，城市居住区园林绿化工程成本管理与控制便成为了关键。

In addition, the construction industry market competition is intensifying. In national macroeconomic policy, macro economic environment and fierce market itself under the influence of project management is generally exposed the disadvantages of poor management, the specific performance in the current market opening, the urban residential area landscape engineering cost management put forward higher requirements, but still has the problem of lack of control measures, construction industry and want to be in such fierce competition environment achieve sustainable and healthy development of urban residential area landscape engineering cost management and control becomes the key.
