浅议青龙湖工程项目质量控制 (2)

摘 要：由于建筑工程的质量十分重要，所以在本文中，我主要是采用了文献调查法、案例研究法等对建筑工程的质量管理和控制做了相关的研究。其一，在进行了国内外建筑工程质量控制经验对比以后，我们根据建筑工程管理的现状和特点,分析了我国建筑工程质量在工程质量监督中存在的问题。同时，以青龙湖建筑工程项目为实例,并通过理论与实际相结合的思路，对项目建设工程中影响工程质量的因素和采取的相应措施进行了研究,并对质量形成过程，以及对青龙湖工程质量的方法进行研究。最后,对青龙湖工程质量控制的基本措施和方法进行了研究以后,对工程质量控制的制度和工程质量控制体系进行了阐述,并提出了建筑工程质量的保障措施。

在本文中，我主要是根据青龙湖工程实例,初步探讨了实践过程中建筑工程项目质量控制的措施和方法,为最终控制我国建筑工程的质量和正在大规模建设的其他建筑项目提出了有用的建议。

Discussion on the quality control of Qinglong Lake engineering project 

Abstract: the quality of building engineering is very important, so in this paper, we mainly adopts the literature investigation method, case study method of quality management and control of architectural engineering has made the related study. One, after the comparison of domestic and foreign experience of quality control of building engineering, we according to the present situation and characteristics of the construction project management, analyzes the existing in the engineering quality supervision in our country architectural engineering quality problem. At the same time, in order to Qinglong Lake construction project as an example, and through the combination of theoretical and practical ideas, to the construction of the project impact project quality factors and corresponding measures were studied, and the forming process of quality, research and methods of Qinglong Lake Engineering quality. Finally, after the basic measures and methods of quality control of Qinglong Lake engineering are studied, the quality control system of project quality control system and the engineering is discussed, and put forward the safeguard measures of the quality of building engineering.

In this paper, we mainly according to Qinglong Lake engineering examples, a preliminary discussion on the measures and methods of project construction practice in process quality control, useful suggestions are put forward for the ultimate control of other construction quality of building engineering in China and is a large-scale construction.
