装饰工程投标过程中的一些小方

摘要

装饰工程投标过程是一项依法进行的经济活动，坚持“公开、公平、竞争、择优”的原则，对控制工程造价，确保工程质量，缩短工程工期，提高投资效益有着积极的作用。建筑装饰装修工程具有工艺复杂、材料品种繁多、施工方法灵活多变、艺术效果强烈等特点。正是由于这些特点而决定了建筑装饰装修的招投标工作与土建工程的招投标工作并不相同的事实。招投标作为最具竞争力的一种方式正不断地深入到社会生活的各个方面不但对宏观经济带来影响而且正不断融入到微观个体的行为中。装饰工程投标同时又是一项严肃而特殊的商品交易活动，在建筑市场内引入竞争机制，促使建筑企业在竞争中寻找差距，以便改善经营管理，提高综合实力。但是在实际的履行和适用过程中不可避免地会出现许多的实际问题，需要在实践中进一步完善和改进。

Abstract

Project bidding and tendering is an economic activity carried out according to law. Adhering to the principle of "openness, fairness, competition and preference" has a positive effect on controlling project cost, ensuring project quality, shortening project duration and improving investment efficiency. Architectural decoration and decoration engineering has the characteristics of complex technology, various materials, flexible construction methods and strong artistic effect. It is precisely because of these characteristics that the bidding work of architectural decoration and decoration is different from that of civil engineering. As one of the most competitive ways, bidding and tendering are constantly penetrating into all aspects of social life, which not only has an impact on the macro-economy, but also is constantly integrated into the behavior of micro-individuals. At the same time, project tendering and bidding is a serious and special commodity trading activity. The introduction of competition mechanism in the construction market promotes construction enterprises to find gaps in competition in order to improve management and enhance comprehensive strength. However, in the actual implementation and application process, there will inevitably be many practical problems, which need to be further improved in practice.
