企业生产物流研究——以温州锦丰不锈钢制品有限公司为例

摘  要  业的生产物流活动是指在生产工艺中的物流活动。这种物流活动是与整个生产工艺过程伴生的，实际上已经构成了生产工艺过程的一部分。物料管理是资源调集环节中最重要的部分，因为在资源中物料占资金运用的最大比率，其他如机器设备、厂房、人力对利润的影响均不如物料。
 本文所提出的基于MRP生产计划的解决方案，是根据现今国内外的生产计划管理现况和温州市锦丰不锈钢制品有限公司所存在的生产情况具体制定的，主要是为了让公司能够很有必要地采用已有的最终产品的生产计划作为主要的信息来源，而不是根据过去的统计平均值来制定生产和库存计划，从而来完成相关需求物料的生产与库存计划。
 本文主要从制造企业的物料管理方面采用物料需求计划的管理模式展开研究。首先介绍MRP的基本概念以及原理，随后将MRP详细展开，根据物料的库存信息、BOM、生产计划等进行毛需求量以及净需求量的计算，最后从企业利润成本的角度来说明实施MRP前后对企业利润的影响。

ABSTRACT

Production logistics activities are the production process of the logistics activities. The logistics activities are associated with the entire production process, and a part of the production process. Materials Management is the resource mobilization aspect of the most important part, because of materials in terms of resources accounted for the largest percentage of funds, such as machinery and equipment, plant, human impact on the profits are not material.
   This article by the MRP-based production planning solution is based on the current management of production plans at home and abroad and the status of Wenzhou JinFeng Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. by the existence of a specific formulation of the production, mainly to allow the company to a high MRP is necessary to use the final product has been used for production planning as a major source of information, rather than the statistical average in the past to develop the production and inventory plans to complete the production of materials related to demand and inventory plans.
 In this paper, mainly from manufacturers of materials management, material requirements planning to adopt the management model study. The first section introduces the basic concepts of MRP, as well as the principle will be followed by detailed MRP, and according to the inventory of materials, BOM, production planning, such as demand for hair as well as the calculation of net demand for the final costs from the perspective of corporate profits to illustrate before and after the implementation of MRP the impact of corporate profits.
