SLP在罐式集装箱维修清洗流程优化中的应用研究

摘 要

 本文介绍了设施规划和物流分析的一些基本概念及相关理论知识，并且主要通过运用其中的系统布置设计（SLP）方法，对宁波远信物流有限公司的罐式集装箱清洗设施重新进行布置设计，使堆场的运行路线得到了一定的优化，企业收益增加。
 本文先系统介绍了物料搬运计划（SHA）及系统布置设计（SLP）的相关概念，然后运用相关系统结合宁波远信物流有限公司的实际情况对其罐式集装箱的清洗流程中涉及的设施布置进行系统分析规划，通过一系列计算得出优于原先方案的方案，达到设计的目的。

ABSTRACT

 This article describes some basic concepts and theoretical knowledge through analysing the planning and logistics facilities. And it mainly uses System Layout Planning(SLP) method to redesign and reset the cleaning-settings of tank containers in Ningbo Yuanxin Logistics Co., Ltd so that the operation of yard line has been optimized to a certain extent, meanwhile business receipts of the company has also  increased.
 This article first introduced the System Handling Analysis (SHA) and System Layout Planning (SLP) of the related concepts, and then use the relevant theory systems in Ningbo Yuanxin Logistics Co., Ltd to their tank cleaning process of the facilities involved in arrangements for analysis plan, through a series of calculations is better than the original program, designed the achieve.
