制造业企业物流优化管理研究----------以贝泰五金有限公司为例
  摘  要
 企业物流是围绕核心企业，通过对信息流，物流，资金流的控制，从采购原材料开始，制成中间产品以及最终产品，最后由销售网络把产品送到消费者手中的将供应商，制造商，分销商，零售商，直到最终用户连成一个整体的功能网链结构。它通过计划、获得、存储、分销、服务等这样 一些活动而在顾客和供应商之间形成的一种衔接，从而使企业能满足内外部顾客的需求。对于中小型制造企业而言，兼顾供应链的每个环节，是件不容易做到的事，而在这其中如何准确的把握仓储环节，把握好库存，订单处理，采购，出货等一系列问题事关成本控制和产品销售，进而是影响企业效益的重要原因。
 企业仓储是指企业内部的物资供应管理部门，为确保企业生产的均衡连续进行，使用自有仓库建立的企业生产所需物资的储存行为。现代企业是在市场经济条件下，利用社会资源与企业资源，采用现代管理手段与生产技术从事商品生产和经营活动的单位。现代企业的一个重要行为就是为社会提供商品产品或劳务，与此同时企业也要消耗一定量的社会资源或企业资源。企业为了实现均衡连续地向社会提供商品或劳务，必须要建立一定量的社会资源或企业资源储备，而此时仓储的功能与作用就显得尤为重要。
 本题选题意义就是在传统仓储管理方法的基础上，继续并加深探讨该问题，在制造业贝泰五金制造有限公司的实例下，完善研究方案。

ABSTRACT

 Manufacturing enterprise logistics around the core business, through the information flow, logistics, capital flow controls, starting from procurement of raw materials, intermediate products and final products are made, the final product by the sales network to reach consumers will be suppliers, manufacturers , distributors, retailers, until the end user with the functions of the whole network into a chain structure. It is through planning, acquisition, storage, distribution and service activities such as customers and suppliers in a convergence between the so businesses can meet the needs of internal and external customers. For small and medium manufacturing enterprises, taking into account every aspect of the supply chain is not an easy thing to do, but in this one how to accurately grasp of storage areas, a good grasp of inventory, order processing, procurement, shipping and other issues related to cost control and product sales, and thus is an important factor affecting business efficiency.      Enterprise storage is internal to material supply management, to ensure continuous production of a balanced use of its own warehouse supplies needed for the production company set up the storage behavior. Modern enterprises are in the market economy conditions, use of social resources and enterprise resources, the introduction of modern management methods and production technologies for commodity production and business activities of the units. Behavior of the modern enterprise is an important product for the community to provide goods or services, while enterprises should also consume a certain amount of social resources or enterprise resource. Enterprises in order to achieve a balanced continuous goods or services to the community, we must establish a certain amount of social resources or enterprise resource reserves, but this time the function and role of storage is particularly important.     Significance of the title topics of traditional storage management is based on the continuation and deepening of the problem, bete Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in the manufacturing example, the sound of the program.
