物流仓储管理系统与研究 —以宁波奇帅电器有限公司为例
摘  要

 在当前的市场环境中，企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。企业逐步认识到物流对生产制造业迅速发展和在竞争中取胜的重要意义，而仓储作为物流产业重要环节，降低仓储管理成本，提高仓储作业效率，已经成为热门的话题。现代的仓储管理概念已不仅仅是对储存物料的场所及其相关作业的管理，还是对生产和销售活动的一种支持性服务活动，这一活动会直接影响整个生产的品质、效率、成本及安全。
 本文以宁波奇帅电器有限公司为例，描述了公司的背景情况，分析研究奇帅公司在仓储管理中存在的仓储规划问题、管理方式问题、库存控制问题。最后运用仓储管理的理论和方法，如：ABC库存分类管理法、储位管理、MRP库存控制方法等，并且从公司的实际出发，对其进行优化 ，使得企业在激烈的竞争中站住自己的位置。

ABSTRACT

 In the current market environment, more and more intense competition among enterprises. Enterprises to realize the logistics of the rapid development and production industry in the importance of winning the competition, but an important part of warehouse as a logistics industry, reduce storage management costs, improve the efficiency of warehousing operations, has become a hot topic. The modern concept of storage management is no longer just a place for storage of materials and associated operations management, or on the production and sale of a supportive service activities, the activities will directly affect the overall production quality, efficiency, cost and security.       In this paper, in NingBo QiShuai Electrical Appliance Co.,Ltd for example, described the company's background, analysis of odd commander in storage management in storage planning, management issues, inventory control problems. Finally the use of warehouse management theories and methods, such as: ABC inventory classification management method, storage spaces management, MRPinventory control, and the reality from the company, its optimization, making enterprises in the fierce competition in their place stood.
