服装类企业物流外包风险评估及其防范分析

[摘要] 本文以服装类企业为类引出了物流外包的种种优势，介绍了物流外包的概念和价值。但同时物流外包同样存在着许多风险，本文还提出服装类企业采用物流外包存在的风险，分析物流外包风险的成因。本文还提出风险评估模型，列举物流外包的案例，通过风险评估模型计算物流外包风险占企业风险的比重。并且在风险分析和模型评估的基础上提出物流外包的风险防范。将有助于服装企业对物流外包及其风险有一个更客观的认识，并采取有效措施防范随之而来的风险。本文为服装类企业物流外包提供的建议，或许会有助于企业降低物流成本，提高核心竞争力。

[Abstract] In this paper, it leads to various advantages of logistics outsourcing and Introduces the concept and value of logistics outsourcing. But there are also many risks. This paper also analyzes the risk of logistics outsourcing about garment enterprises and analysis of the causes of logistics outsourcing risk. It also offer a risk assessment model and cite the case of logistics outsourcing. It also calculates logistics outsourcing risk proportion of total business risk. risk analysis based on the model of logistics outsourcing risk prevention. It will help garment enterprises of logistics outsourcing and a more objective understanding of the risks, and to take effective measures to prevent the ensuing risks. It provides effective logistics outsourcing proposals to help reduce cost and improve core competitiveness for clothing companies.
