[摘要] 合理的粮油配送中心选址有利于节约粮油配送费用，提高粮油的流通效率和企业的经济利润。因此，对于粮油生产企业来说配送中心的选址决策对于企业的生产经营有着重要的影响。本文从影响粮油配送中心选址的主要因素以及结合三明市需求的实际情况的角度出发，分析了福建省三明市华兴贸易有限责任公司在三明地区现有的配送中心的选址问题，同时结合集合覆盖模型、P—中值模型以及CFLP法为其优化配送中心
的选址，分析比较各种方案的结果，通过定量和定性的分析方法，为其提出具体的优化方案，节约配送成本，提高了企业的竞争力。

[Abstract] Grain and oil distribution center location conducive to grain and oil distribution cost savings, improve circulation efficiency and economics of the business of grain and oil profits. Therefore, the distribution center for grain and oil production businesses location decisions for production and operation of enterprises have an important impact. From the impact of grain and oil distribution center site and the actual situation combined with the needs of Sanming City point of view, Sanming City, Fujian Huaxing Trading Co., Ltd. Sanming existing distribution center location problem, combined with set covering model, the P value-in model as well as the CFLP method to optimize the distribution center location, comparison of different programs through quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis for the proposed optimization program, saving distribution costs, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
