厦门港发展策略研究
[摘要] 近日开通的福厦高铁，将给厦门港的发展带来极大的影响。作为福厦高铁的起始站，厦门港应把握好这次机遇应加强港口建设。为求厦门港在竞争激烈的港口行业脱颖而出，具有更强的竞争力，现对厦门港的发展策略进行分析研究，这对厦门的经济建设有重要的意义。本文采用SWOT分析方法对厦门港进行定性分析，分析出港口优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，令厦门港能够利用本身优势并抓住机遇发展。同时本文也采用灰色模型预测对港口货物吞吐量进行定量预测，为港口的发展战略研究提供一定的技术支持。

The Research On Development Strategy Of Xiamen Port

[Abstract] The opening of high-speed rail from Xiamen to Fuzhou will have great impact with Xiamen. As to starting point of Fuxia high-speech rail and grasp this opportunity to strengthen port construction, In order to Xiamen port in the highly competitive industry stand out, with more competitive I will analysis and research development of Xiamen, this would be a great significance for the economic development of Xiamen. This paper adopt the SWOT analysis method to qualitative analysis to Xiamen, analysising of the advantages and disadvantages of ports, opportunities and challenges, and seize opportunities by itself. I also adopt grey model to predict the port cargo throughput provide technical support for the port development strategy study.
