企业员工的依恋类型、自我效能感与心理契约
 
[摘 要]依恋形成于婴幼儿时期，持续人的整个一生，是人类长期生物进化的结果。早期的依恋形式会通过内部工作模型影响到成年后的依恋模式，影响亲密关系的形成，人际社会功能的表达及人格功能。成人依恋已逐步成为一个跨越心理学各领域的热门研究课题。心理契约源于社会交换理论，自从20世纪60年代提出这一概念以来，一直是人力资源管理研究中热点。在本文中，心理契约是指员工心理契约。自我效能感是社会学习理论和社会认知理论的核心变量，在心理学和组织行为学中得到了广泛的研究。

Attachment styles of employees, self-efficacy and psychological contract

Abstract

 Attachment formed in infant period for man's whole life, is the human long-term evolution results. Early forms of attachment after effects into adulthood through internal working models of attachment patterns, affecting the formation of intimate relationships, personal expression and personality feature of social functions. Adult attachment is gradually becoming a hot research topics that spans all areas of psychology. Psychological contract comes from social exchange theory, the introduction of this concept has been a hotspot in the research of human resource management since in the 1960 of the 20th century. In this article, the psychological contract refers to the employee's psychological contract. Social cognitive theory and self-efficacy is social learning theory of core variables, has been widely used in psychology and organizational behavior research.
