对医院合理用药的思考 (3)

摘要

近年来，在经济的逐步带动下，我国的医药制度也循序渐进的进行了革新，尤其针对医务人员工作提出了新要求。新时期下医务人员工作应该与时俱进，根据医药发展的实际情况，逐步提高医务人员工作水平，及时准确的掌握医药发展的最新动态，进而实现医院持续稳步发展的目标，因此，门诊要是做好指导抗生素用药工作显得尤为重要。本文针对目前门诊教师如何指导合理抗生素用药等问题进行分析，提出以下具有建设性的建议。

Abstract

In recent years, under the gradual drive of economy, our medical system has also been innovat ed step by step, especially for medical workers. The medical staff work in the new period should keep pace with the times, according to the actual situation of the development of Chinese medicine, and gradually improve the level of medical personnel, timely and accurate grasp of the latest developments in medicine development, and realize the sustained and steady development of the hospital, therefore, if the good Clinic Guide medication is particularly important. This paper analyzes the problem of how the outpatient teachers should guide the rational use of drugs, and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
