印刷品质量检测的研究

摘 要： 近年包装印刷行业飞速发展，印刷品质量检测也得到足够的重视。本文对印刷品质量检测技术国内外目前的研究情况作了说明，研究了印刷品质量检测的发展趋势，并且对传统的检测方法，包括主观目测法、密度检测法、色度检测法等做了详细介绍并指出了其在应用中的优缺点;重点研究了印刷品质量的在线检测系统，包括印刷品质量在线检测的工作原理、施行方案，印刷品质量在线检测的图像处理系统、模式识别系统等等做了详细的介绍说明。
关键词：印刷品质量；质量检测方法；在线检测

Abstract: In recent years, rapid development of packaging and printing industry, print quality inspection has been given sufficient attention， In this paper, printing quality testing technology at home and abroad, explained the current study，study the development trend of print quality inspection and the traditional detection methods, including subjective visual method, the density detection, color detection method such as a detailed description and point out its advantages and disadvantages in the application. Focuses on the print quality on-line detection system, including print quality online testing works, the implementation of programs, print quality and image processing system line detection, pattern recognition system made a detailed description of instructions.
