基于胶印的印刷压力与印刷质量关系的研究

摘 要：印刷压力是油墨向承印物表面转移的基础,它不仅是实现印刷过程的根本保证,而且在很大程度上决定着印刷质量。本文的目的是研究得到印刷压力对印刷质量的影响，通过实验测量印刷压力对油墨转移的影响，从而得到印刷压力到印刷质量的影响。
 根据本次研究所使用印刷适性仪模拟印刷过程进行实验设计，在相同印刷速度和油墨，不同的印刷压力下对同种类的纸张进行实验，通过调节印刷适性仪的印刷压力，测量油墨从印版转移到承印材料上的墨量，测试油墨转移率。对这些数据进行了拟合，进而找出印刷压力与油墨转移率函数方程，为实际印刷中寻求最佳的印刷压力提供了一定的依据。对生产中水墨量、印刷速度、印刷压力等的调整，具有一定的指导意义。在新行业发展框架里为技术能力提高和生产能力的增加系统寻找最新的解决问题的方法，也是为通过精深的理论探讨和研究来节省试验时间和成本。实现印刷工业生产的高度自动化，提高经济效益。

Abstract: Printing pressure is the basis for printing ink’s transferring into the surface of bear and print things It is not only the fundamental assurance of realizing the printing process, but also the critical factor of printing quality. The purpose of this paper is to study the pressure on the print quality by printing the impact of the printing pressure by experimental transfer of ink to be printed pressure to the printing quality.
 Based on printability meter simulation printing process, experiments are designed. the same printing speed and the printing ink, under the different printing pressure carries on the experiment to the type paper, through the adjustment printability meter printing pressure, the survey printing ink shifts from the printing plate to accepts for printing on the material the ink quantity, the test printing ink transfer rate. Has carried on the fitting to these data, then discovers the printing pressure and the printing ink transfer rate functional equation, sought the best printing pressure for actual printing in to provide certain basis. To produces ink volume, the printing speed, the printing pressure and so on the adjustment, has certain guiding sense. Seeks newly in the new profession development frame for the technical ability enhancement and the productivity increase system solves the question method; Also is for saves the experimental time and the cost through the profound theory discussion and the research. The realization printing industrial production automates highly, enhances the economic efficiency.
