印前图像质量的综合控制技术研究

摘  要：在实际的印前制版生产中经常要接触各种硬件和软件，如扫描仪、计算机主机、显示器、喷墨打印机、照排机、扫描软件、Photoshop、Pagemaker等等。在硬件运行过程中和软件的操作过程中出现任何一种不正常的情况都可能会对最终的图像质量产生影响，造成返工和企业生产成本的增加。通常来讲，企业的印前制版部门对图像的质量控制都是以工序为单位进行的，缺乏整体的、综合的解决方案。例如出现了印刷品颜色偏差问题，可能需要扫描和打样或更多部门配合解决，若只在一个部门进行调整，问题将无法得到快速彻底的解决。因此，印前图像处理的质量控制是一个综合性的课题。本文讨论的是通过从图像扫描、分色校正、输出设备校正、印前设备的色彩管理这几个方面对印前图像质量进行综合控制的。

Abstract：In the actual production of the pre-press Plate-making, there are various hardware and software, such as scanners, computers, monitors, inkjet printers, imagesetter, scanning software, Photoshop, Pagemaker, etc. When hardware running and software being operated ,the influence of any kind of illegal operation on the final image quality are self-convident:result in rework and cost increase. Generally speaking,the Pre-press Plate-making sector of the enterprises controls the quality of the image by Process-units lack of a comprehensive,integrated solution. For example, when print color deviation appears, it may be necessary that scanning department solve the problem with proofing department or more departments,otherwise the problem will not be able to completely resolved rapidly.Therefore, the quality control of prepress image processing is a comprehensive task. What this article discusses is that control the quality of Pre-press image through scanning, color correction, output device calibration, Pre-press equipment color management.
