XCLW37017 涉外商务礼仪 (字数:6100) 涉外商务礼仪 摘要 商务礼仪在涉外商务中起着举足轻重的促进和润滑作用。若要使涉外商务活动有效地开展和圆满地完成,必须掌握好相关的礼仪知识,遵循不同的礼仪规范,从而避免不合礼仪的言行,使涉外商务活动顺利地进行。 通常,涉外商务礼仪主要表现在涉外商务信函、涉外商务会面和涉外商务谈判三个方面,把握好这三方面的礼仪知识便能有效地促进涉外商务活动的顺利开展。为此,本文以礼貌理论为主要理论框架,从商务信函、商务会面接待和商务谈判三个方面探讨了相关的礼仪知识、中西涉外商务礼仪的差异性及造成这些差异性的原因,并进一步探讨了解中外商务礼仪差异的意义。通过本文的研究,笔者希望能提出自己的真知灼见,为商务礼仪相关研究课题提出借鉴和参考。 关键词:涉外商务;商务礼仪;商务谈判;商务会面;礼貌用语 Foreign business etiquette Abstract Business etiquette plays a decisively improving role in foreign business. In order to make the foreign business activity conducted validly and finished successfully, it’s necessary for people to master the related etiquette knowledges and follow different etiquette rules, so that these sayings and behaviors that are not conform to the etiquette can be avoided. Generally, foreign business etiquette mainly performs on three aspects, i.e foreign commercial correspondence, business contacts and business negotiation. And the foreign business activity can be conducted successfully only by mastering the etiquette knowledges of the three aspects. For this sense, based on the Politeness Theory, this paper discusses the etiquette knowledges, Chinese and foreign business etiquette difference, the causes of these differences, and further explores the significance of understanding foreign business etiquette differences from the three aspects. Through the study of this thesis, the author hopes to put forward her own correct and penetrating views, and in the meanwhile shed some light on this topic.
