Title: Opportunities and Challenges of Chinese Enterprises' Overseas Investment

Summary：

With the vigorous development of China’s economy and under the guidance of the “Belt and Road” economic development cooperation initiative, the advantages of overseas investment have gradually emerged. More and more excellent Chinese companies will consider expanding overseas markets on the basis of existing markets after they have developed to a certain scale. 

At the beginning of this article, we will analyze the overall situation, characteristics and trends of Chinese companies’ overseas investment, analysis of the local impact of Chinese investment in the form of overseas investment. For example, some companies will consider setting up local branches/subsidiaries, many companies will take a series of measures considering that they can quickly develop the local market, such as hiring local employees who are familiar with the country's culture and policies, and leasing office buildings/warehouses, or building a plant, etc. 

This article takes Fuyao Group's investment in factories in the United States as an example, to analyze in detail that the opportunities and challenges of Chinese enterprises investing abroad due to cultural differences. 

Finally, it will summarize how Chinese enterprises can ensure the smooth progress of overseas investment under the influence of cross-cultural differences, and how to avoid cultural differences in subsequent operations, and then draw conclusions.
