The intention of this study is to explore translations of Chinese English and chinglish. There are more than five thousand languages in the world, As the economy and the development of the society, English has become the universal language. It is estimated that the total number of the persons speaking English in the world had reached two billion by the end of the twentieth century (Todd 1995: 41). However, the rapid internationalization of English will inevitably lead to a wide range of English localization, with a variety of regional "English" continue to develop, in the country's internal or external communication play an increasingly important role. People in the study of foreign languages will be in a way affected by the mother tongue,According to a survey conducted by Rod Ellis in 1997, 51% of errors in the use of English by adults whose mother tongue is Chinese are due to their mother tongue. If we cannot overcome this disturbance, we cannot achieve satisfactory results in English learning.
Chinese-English translation consists of two steps: understanding the source language (Chinese) and translating the source language into the target language (English). For Chinese students, the process of understanding Chinese is not difficult, the problem generally appears in the second step. As a result of the influence of mother tongue, the Chinese people will produce English with strong Chinese characteristics when learning English, which is what we call Chinese-style English, thus affecting the quality of translation. From the Eastern Hemisphere to the Western one, people can hear various “ Englishes, ” which means that English has many varieties. Apart from the “ standard ” British English and American English, there are other Englishes such as Canadian English, Australian English, New Zealand English, Indian English, China English. We can see clearly that English has become an international language. 
Achievement of the Study on Chinese English
English is more widely used in China than ever before with the development of the socialist market economy. Ge Chuangui (1980) proposed the difference between Chinese English and China English that: "countries have the situation, for my country, regardless of the old China or New China, speaking or writing in English when there are some things unique to our needs". For example: Four Books(四书)、May Fourth Movement(五四运动)、four modernizations(四个现代化)and so on. Mr Ge's conclusion is: "All these English translations are not Chinese English or Chinglish, but China English." (1980: 91-92). In 1993, Li Wenzhong published Chinese English and Chinese English, the text of Wang Rongpei put forward the three characteristics of Chinese English to amend the views. The paper argues that Chinese English is not necessarily limited to local use, nor does standard English exist. Xie Zhijun (1995) put forward different views, that the Chinese English and Chinese English there are Chinese interference, there is no insurmountable gap between the two. In fact, since the 1980s, Chinese scholars have done some work on the study of the formation mechanism of Chinese English in both error analysis and English-Chinese comparison. So it is very important to focus on the study of English in China. Language is closely related to culture. Every language is part of its culture. Meanwhile, it is a tool used for cultural exchange. Accordingly, once English is combined with Chinese culture, it becomes a new language with Chinese cultural features that is no longer Standard English (Standard English means the English which is used by Englishmen and the Americans). The language is called Chinese/China English.
Foreigners’ researches
Foreign scholars have noticed the phenomenon of China English. But they use the term of “Chinese English” instead of “China English.” In Chinese, reform and opening up and the development of political economy, makes the study and use of people more and more English, international exchanges have become increasingly frequent. Completion of language acquisition is a sign of the formation of a certain way of thinking. Once a person first acquired the Chinese, the formation of a Chinese-style way of thinking, he will inevitably use the English in its entrainment of Chinese characteristics. Thus, the characteristics of Chinese English is mainly by the Chinese people's inherent mode of thinking and China's unique social and cultural decisions.

What is Chinese English
Chinese English, compared with Pidgin English, is nearer to normative English in both sentence and diction structures. It refers to an awkward use of English because learners and users of English follow Chinese grammatical rules and idioms mechanically as a result of the interference and influence of the mother tongue.
What is Chinglish
Chinglish is a twisted form of English as the word suggests itself. It is characterized with a limited vocabulary, reduction of grammatical devices, tolerance of considerable phonological variation, and reduction in the number of functions..
The relationship between Chinese English and Chinglish
From the historical studies of them, we can find that there are some similarities between Chinese English and Chinglish. Both of them are in objective existence. In the complex process of English language acquisition in Chinese context, they come out from the different points on the same continuum as an inter-language because of different stages of proficiency level, Both of them are born from the different language structures, thinking modes and cultures between Chinese and English, they are greatly influenced by the Chinese transfer, but can express things with Chinese characteristics at the same time..
Reasons for the Formation of Chinglish
Chinglish is a mixture of two different languages, based on two dissimilar societies. It is easy to see that Chinglish comes into being with various reasons. They can be classified into two categories: the subjective aspect and the objective aspect. 
Conclusion
The present of the Chinese English can improve the confidence of the English learners in China. As everyone knows, Chinese who affected by the mother tongue will feel their spoken English is worse than others, in fact, it is unnecessary to learn the pronunciation of foreigners on purpose.
Chinese English is objectively existed, and pour a new power into English-the international language. In a word, Chinese English play a more and more important role in China’s foreign relations.
