中卫市城市市容问题及解决对策研究

摘 要

伴随着中国经济的发展，城市化的进程越来越快，中国的城市建设可谓是进入了如火如荼的境界。市容市貌是一个城市综合形象和整体发展水平的集中体现，创造一个秩序井然、舒适宜人的城市环境，更是人民群众的共同愿望和期盼。本文分析了当前中卫市市容市貌管理中存在的问题及原因：市容管理工作重要性认知有待提高、城市市容管理工作机制急需完善、城市市容管理经费投入必须增加、市民文明素质有待提升，基于此提出了改进城市市容市貌管理问题的对策：将市容管理置于城市管理的战略高度、完善城市市容管理工作机制、凸显政府在市容市貌管理中的主导作用和倡导城市市容管理的全员化等。市容市貌管理工作，作为维护城市规划和建设的有效手段，对塑造城市形象，促进经济发展和社会进步起着重要的作用。

Research on the problems and Countermeasures of city appearance in central defender

ABSTRACT

With the development of China's economy, the process of urbanization is getting faster and faster and the appearance of the city is the embodiment of a composite. The appearance of the city is the embodiment of a composite image of the city and the overall level of development. To create an orderly, comfortable and pleasant environment of the city is the people's common wish and hope. This paper analyzes the problems and the reasons of the appearance management of the  Zhong Wei city: the importance of cognitive needs to be improved, urgent need to improve the urban landscape management mechanism，city appearance management funding must be increased, the quality of public culture needs to be improved. Based on this, countermeasures for improving the management problem of city are proposed: putting the city appearance management at the strategic height of urban management, improve city management mechanism, highlighting the government in city management and advocating the full management of city appearance management. The appearance of the city management, which is an effective means to safeguard the city planning and construction, plays an important role in shaping the image of the city，promoting economic development and social progress.
