在我国经济蓬勃发展的今天，如果要在市场经营中有健康良好的发展，就要完善自己的财务制度。其中最重要的经济参数就是企业的偿债能力，我们可以由此看出企业财务状况和经营状况的好坏。企业的发展比较看重的是稳健，安全的财务状况，这个同时也是股东权益最大化前提要求，这一实质性的条件要求企业的偿债能力特别是短期流动资金必须保持通畅。本文以昆明万友小屯4s店五年的财务报表以及相关偿债能力指标为样本数据对昆明万友小屯4s店的偿债状况进行研究，根据国内外对偿债能力研究与评价的基础上，结合了财务管理相关知识对影响偿债能力的各项指标进行较为系统的计算与划分。最后，得知该企业的财务状况之后，为企业以后能够更好地发展提供了一些参考性的意见建议。

Abstract

In today's booming economy, if we want to have a healthy and good development in the market operation, we must improve our own financial system. One of the most important economic parameters is the debt paying ability of an enterprise. We can see the financial and operating conditions of an enterprise. The development of the enterprise pays more attention to the stable and safe financial situation, which is also the precondition of maximizing shareholders' equity. This substantive condition requires that the solvency of the enterprise, especially the short-term liquidity, must be kept smooth. Based on the five-year financial statements and relevant solvency indicators of Kunming Wanyou Xiaotun 4S store as sample data, this paper studies the solvency status of Kunming Wanyou Xiaotun 4S store. Based on the research and evaluation of solvency at home and abroad, combined with the relevant knowledge of financial management, it systematically calculates and classifies the indicators that affect solvency. Finally, after knowing the financial situation of the enterprise, it provides some reference suggestions for the future development of the enterprise.
