现如今，我国国民经济高速发展，逐渐已经进入到以高科技技术转化企业为核心产业的阶段，世界各国的经济竞争重心也由以传统产业为核心的传统企业转变为以高科技技术水平含量为核心的高科技企业，高科技企业的数量和质量也逐渐映射出一个国家经济发展潜力和综合国力，由此，我国如雨后春笋般地出现了众多的以科学技术为核心的高科技企业，这些高科技企业以其独特的以科技转化能力为竞争优势的竞争力推动了我国新材料，互联网+、芯片等各个新兴产业的产生与发展，改善了我国各个地方区域的分工合作和交流往来，并积极对接我国各个国家级高新技术产业园区以及当地高等院校展开合作，使合作双方实现了互利共赢，成为了我国建立创新大国中重要的一环。

随着这些高科技企业的发展，有些创新能力强，科研人员资金充足、设备先进的企业实力雄厚的高科技企业脱颖而出，成为了国民经济快速发展的强大支撑，然而目前我国依然存在着大部分创新能力不足，科研人员资金匮乏，企业实力较弱的中小型高科技企业。

本文的选题就是想通过利用案例分析等方法对这些数量庞大的中小型高科技企业的影响因素及存在问题进行研究分析，对解决中小型企业成长中的问题进行对策研究，促进我国中小型高科技企业的更好更快发展。

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, with the rapid development of our national economy, China has gradually entered the stage of transforming high-tech enterprises into core industries. The focus of economic competition in the world has also changed from traditional enterprises with traditional industries as the core to high-tech enterprises with high-tech technology content as the core. The quantity and quality of high-tech enterprises have gradually mapped out a country's economic development potential. With the strength and comprehensive national strength, China has sprung up many high-tech enterprises with science and technology as its core. These high-tech enterprises have promoted the emergence and development of new industries, such as new materials, Internet + chips and other emerging industries with their unique competitiveness in technology transformation capability, improving the division and cooperation and cooperation among various local regions in China. Exchange, and actively docking with China's national high-tech industrial parks and local institutions of higher learning to carry out cooperation, so that the two sides achieve mutual benefit and win-win, has become an important part of China's establishment of a major innovative country.

With the development of these high-tech enterprises, some high-tech enterprises with strong innovation ability, sufficient funds for scientific research personnel and advanced equipment have emerged as strong support for the rapid development of the national economy. However, there are still many small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises with insufficient innovation ability, lack of funds for scientific research personnel and weak enterprise strength in China.

The topic of this paper is to use case analysis and other methods to study and analyze the influencing factors and existing problems of these large number of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises, to solve the problems in the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to promote the better and faster development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in China
