我国网络教学问题及发展对策分析

摘  要

 随着信息技术的不断发展和广泛应用，我们已经迎来一个网络时代。网络技术在教育中不断的渗透，为教育领域的同步或异步交互提供强有力的技术支持，必将深刻影响我们传统的教育模式，随之也出现了一种新的教学形式——网络教学。
 本文主要介绍了网络教学的概念与定义、国内外的发展现状，得出我国高校在发展网络教学时存在的问题：教学定位问题、教学资源与服务问题、教学过程问题、教学技术问题。依据网络教学的相关理论，以及当今网络教学的现状和出现的问题，笔者对如何发展网络教学、构建良好网络教学环境等有关问题进行了探讨，并提出诸如提高对网络教学的定位、加强网络沟通、提高教师队伍能力等对策。

ABSTRACT

 With the continuous development of information technology and application， we have a network era. Network technology in education and education for the field， synchronous or asynchronous interaction provide strong technical support, will affect us deeply traditional education model, then also appeared a new teaching form, the network teaching.
The paper mainly introduces the concept and definition, and the development situation at home and abroad, sums up the problems existing in the development of network teaching: teaching orientation and development issues, teaching resources and process problems, teaching and service support. Based on the related theories of network teaching, and the current situation of network teaching and the problems of how to develop the network teaching, we make an approach to the related issues of  how to developing network teaching, and how to building up a good network teaching environment, etc. In addition, we put forward the countermeasures, as how to improve the position of network teaching, how to strengthen the network communication, how to improve the teachers' abilities, etc.
